CARE Insurance is an independent exam-prep resource and is not affiliated with any state department of insurance, testing vendor, or licensing authority.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Purchases and access
Paid plans grant access to practice content for the duration stated at the time of purchase. Access does not renew automatically unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Starter tier purchases are non-refundable. Our refund policy for Basic, Premium, and Complete tiers is still being finalized — contact info@careinsuranceprep.com with any purchase questions in the meantime.
Complete Securities Library purchases (including any additional student seats) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are not available after 7 days. This 7-day period is based on the original purchase date only — assigning or activating a student seat does not start, restart, or extend it. If a Complete Securities Library purchase is refunded, all student seats associated with that purchase are deactivated, including seats already assigned to or activated by a student, and the exam access granted through those seats is removed.
No guarantee of exam outcome
CARE Insurance is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using our content will result in passing any state licensing exam.
Content ownership
All practice questions and content are the property of CARE Insurance and may not be redistributed or resold.
